To answer your request, book your appointment or prepare a quote. This is necessary to take steps you have asked for before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).

To keep the website safe from abuse. This is in our legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

We don't use your details for marketing and we never sell them.

4. How long we keep it

We keep requests for as long as we need to deal with them and no longer than 24 months after our last contact with you, unless the law (for example, tax rules) requires us to keep some records for longer.

5. Who else sees it

The provider of the platform that hosts this website and forwards your requests to us processes them on our behalf under a data processing agreement (Article 28 GDPR). Its servers are in the European Union.
